Please read the following prior to returning your item/s.
This policy applies to change of mind and incorrect sizing returns only. If you believe your item is faulty, please email [email protected] to initiate a return and refer to our ACL policy. We will treat your claim with priority.
If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited or refunded the cost of shipping when we process your return.
- Item/s must be returned within 30 days of delivery, including products with suspected manufacturing faults.
- Item/s must be returned in their original clean condition with tags and must be unworn, unwashed and without perfume residue.
- All swimwear must be tried on whilst wearing undergarments and keeping the hygiene liner intact.
- Item/s must be returned in their original packaging.
- We do not accept returns on undergarments, accessories, or for items marked as final sale.
Please allow 5 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our Australian warehouse for us to issue you with your refund, store credit or exchange.
All AU & NZ customers who wish to return for a store credit or exchange are eligible for free returns. If you wish to request a refund you will receive a free return label with a $10 deduction fee when your return is processed.
UK customers returning an item for an exchange or store credit are eligible for free returns. Refund Protection is not required for these return options.
If you opt for our 110% store credit you are also eligible for free returns. Our 110% store credit equals the amount of the returned order plus 10%, ready to apply to your next order.
All international customers outside of AU, NZ and the UK will need to cover the cost of their return shipping.
Your store credit will be emailed to the email address indicated on your order within 10 business days of our returns department receiving your return. Store credit will be issued for the full value of the returned item/s, less any discounts applied to your order and shipping costs your order may have incurred.
If a reasonable amount of time has passed and you have not received your store credit, please email [email protected]. Please also check your junk inbox for your credit note.
Store credits do not expire and can be used on any products on the website. For any customers who have current store credits, these cannot be updated to a 110% store credit.
Exchanges are available only for a different size of the same item and are subject to stock availability at the time your return is processed.
If your requested size is unavailable, you will automatically receive a credit note instead.
If you would prefer a refund instead, please email [email protected]. Please note that if you use our return label, the applicable return label fee will still be deducted from your refund.
Please note: we do not offer exchanges for a different style, colour or product. If you would like a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order through our website.
All customers who select the return and exchange option during the Loop returns process, please note that your return will still follow our usual exchange process. Please allow up to 10 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our Australian warehouse for us to issue your exchange.
Exchanges are treated as requests only, and successful fulfilment depends on stock availability at the time your return is processed. If your exchange cannot be fulfilled, you will automatically be issued with a credit note instead.
AU & NZ customers are eligible for a return label with the deduction of a $10 fee once your return has been received and processed.
UK customers who purchase Refund Protection at checkout will receive a return label at no additional cost for refund returns. UK customers who choose not to purchase Refund Protection can still return their order for a refund, however a flat rate of £10 will be deducted from your refund amount once the return has been received and processed.
All international customers will need to cover the cost of their return shipping.
Refund Protection is an optional, non-refundable service available at checkout for UK customers only.
By purchasing Refund Protection, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label if you choose to return eligible items in accordance with our returns policy. This means you won’t need to pay for your return shipping separately.
Is Refund Protection refundable?
- Refund Protection is non-refundable once your order has been processed, regardless of whether you later make a return or not.
- If your entire order is cancelled before it is dispatched, the Refund Protection fee will be refunded in full.
What happens if I return my order for a refund?
- The original shipping charge paid on your order is not refundable.
- Any VAT charged on the original shipping cost is also not refundable.
We cannot guarantee any order changes once an order is confirmed, as our warehouse works extremely fast. Should you change your mind on your order prior to it being shipped, you will be issued with a store credit.
We will accept returns or exchanges on swimwear item/s if they are returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with their tags and hygiene liner attached inside the original packaging. If item/s are returned and do not fit the returns criteria, your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
Item/s marked as “final sale — no returns or exchanges” cannot be returned unless due to a fault as assessed by our quality control department. Refer to our ACL policy.
We are truly sorry to hear about your suspected defective or faulty item, and we apologise for any inconvenience. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email our Customer Care team right away at [email protected] with images of the suspected fault. We will treat your claim with priority.
Please do not return your item/s until the fault has been assessed by our quality control department and a return label has been provided to you.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law where you live.
